On 10 October 2025, during the “Semaine de la Relation Client en fête” organised by the AFRC, BlueLink once again demonstrated its talent for high-quality writing. The group won the Silver Trophy in the “Service Providers” category at the 3rd edition of the “Dictée de la Relation Client”, organised by Orthodidacte and the blog Sens du client.
This unique event, created by Michael Hiroux (Orthodidacte) and Thierry Spencer (Sens du client), celebrates mastery of the French language in customer service professions. The dictation, written by Guillaume Terrien, French spelling champion, and read this year by actress Juliette Tresanini, took the form of a humorous and demanding fictional complaint letter.
With an impressive performance, BlueLink stood out once again among the sector’s top performers, confirming its editorial excellence for the second consecutive year. This result reflects the teams' meticulous attention to every word, every phrase, and every written response sent to clients.
