Qualiweb Trophy 2025: a 7th consecutive victory for BlueLink and Transavia!

Transavia France was awarded the prize in the Tourism and Transport category for the 7th consecutive year.

During the 27th edition of the Qualiweb Trophies for Online Customer Relations, held on 19 March, Transavia France was awarded the prize in the Tourism and Transport category for the 7th consecutive year. Furthermore, the brand ranked 8th overall across all categories out of 235 participating companies. This represents another accolade for BlueLink, which has been managing the airline's remote customer relations for 18 years.

The study conducted in the final quarter of 2024 this year covered a panel of 235 French brands across 15 sectors of activity. Without requiring companies to register or voluntarily subscribe, the Qualiweb Barometer is regarded as the only independent measure of the quality of digital customer relations in France. The study objectively evaluates the performance of customer service by observing their responsiveness and analysing the quality of responses, both in terms of content and form, across all digital touchpoints (email, social media, live chat, WhatsApp, and online reviews).
